Castle & Bell

This has all the charm of a traditional bar but the flexibility to accommodate theatre, cabaret or reception styles of up to 100 guests.  

We have a large number of suites with balconies, ideal for holding smaller meetings or breakout groups of up to 60. All in light, airy, modern décor with lovely views; take as many as you need.

Sat beneath the Executive Suites with glass on three sides the panoramic views and rustic, industrial décor will inspire. It is next to the Parade Ring and offers an informal space ideal for lunches.

This functional suite offers a sizeable space suitable for a number of events. Complete with access to the Beaufort suite, as well as a champagne lawn, a patio with outdoor seating and parasols, this flexible space has a lot to offer.

A smaller but perfectly formed suite comprising of light, modern décor adjacent to the larger Owners & Trainers hall enabling you to segregate or double your capacity if you so desired.

This large, green space located just outside the perimeter of the course is ideal for circus hire, car boot sales or as a unit base for film crews.

If it’s acres of green space you’re after, our centre course boasts lots of it and has welcomed summer parties, fun fairs, bouncy castles, festivals and concerts including the Kaiser Chiefs. Also located nearby is a facilities building ideal to use as a base for equipment or as a central point for any specific storage for your event, changing rooms and with toilets.

Conveniently located two miles north of the city centre, Bath Racecourse is just six miles south of Junction 18 of the M4 Motorway and is well signposted from all major routes to its location on Lansdown Hill. Bath Spa Station is only 11 minutes by train from Bristol Temple Meads. You can also reach Bath from both the main London Paddington and South Wales lines. There are also regular connections from Cardiff and Birmingham. The racecourse is less than 20 miles from Bristol International Airport. Helicopters may land at the course with prior permission.
