The Bath Cup Festival | Family Fun Day

New for 2018, Bath Racecourse will be playing host to a celebration of the city of Bath during the Bath Cup Festival weekend.

The inaugural Bath Cup Festival, will feature a big money race for the coveted Bath Cup (on the Saturday), which will start as the modern era of the traditional Somersetshire Stakes. The festival weekend will be a real celebration for the city of Bath and the successes of the people that live here and in the surrounding areas.

Day 2 of the festival will feature an action-packed day of family fun, with live music, fun fair rides and free family entertainment in our designated family picnic area.

It's set to be an exciting second half of the Bath Cup Festival racing, with competition for £20,000 of prize money in the final of the Summer Sprint Series.

Royal Crescent Restaurant - Silver Package

This package is on the first floor of the Langridge stand and includes a three course choice menu, teas and coffees, a raceday programme, hospitality admission and a reserved table for the duration of the meeting. Please note this package does not give you access to the Roof Garden.


Ploughmans and Cream Tea

Enjoy relaxed hospitality in our glass fronted Paddock Pavilion overlooking the Parade Ring. The package includes a traditional ploughmans lunch followed by a cream tea, hospitality admission into the course, a raceday programme and reserved table for the duration of the meeting (shared tables of 10)


Roof Garden (Adult)

The Roof Garden is the perfect alfresco experience, located on the top floor of the Langridge stand with spectacular views overlooking Bath. This is an exclusive area with limited capacity and requires a smart dress code. Featuring a dedicated bar serving a premium range of drinks. Watch the chef prepare your food from scratch at the roof garden grill.


Grandstand Enclosure Eticket - Early Bird

A grandstand ticket gives you access to all public areas of the racecourse so you'll be able to view the runners as they parade in the paddock and cheer on your horse as it passes the winning post. You will enjoy access to a range of new bars and eateries including the popular ground floor Beckford bar, the traditional pub style Castle & Bell and the Coffeemakers cafe.

Dress Code

The dress code in hospitality areas and the Roof Garden is smart casual. Sportswear, trainers and fancy dress are not permitted. There is no dress code in the Grandstand, however sportswear is discouraged. Fancy dress is allowed, providing it's decent and would not cause offence to other guests. The dress code does not apply to children under 10. Click here for more information.
