If youre looking for what to do in Bath to celebrate VE Day, then Bath races has the perfect excuse to let your hair down and celebrate in style.
Our VE Celebration Raceday will not only have seven thrilling horse races taking place, but, with tons of entertainment, itll be a really fun thing to do with friends and family.
A great day out for families, not only do under 18s get FREE entry but therell be plenty of free entertainment to keep little ones happy throughout the day. More details of the free entertainment will be revealed soon but previous years activities have included inflatables, face-painting and Pony rides to name a few.
For groups of friends and people looking to celebrate VE Day, theyll be plenty of delicious food and drink available. Plus, live music and commemorative appearances to mark this special day.

Bath Racecourse is nestled between Bath and Bristol and is easily accessed from the M4 with plenty of free parking. There is also a bus service from outside Bath Spa train station. Click here for more information on how to find us and bus times.
There is no formal dress code for general Grandstand Enclosure entry tickets and jeans and trainers are allowed. In hospitality areas and those purchasing Roof Garden tickets, a smart/smart-casual dress code applies. Check out the dress code for more information.
